PHASE 1 | RESET
During Month 1, we audit your daily rhythms to uncover hidden energy leaks, where you're overgiving, overworking, or self-sabotaging. Then we will build foundational reset habits and teach you the emotional reset tools you need to regulate stress before you spiral, such as tapping, breathwork, and reframing.

PHASE 2 | REWIRE
In this phase, Month 2, we will discuss how to recognize limiting beliefs, break them down, and build up the truth with strategies for building self-confidence. And in your second one-on-one session, we will practice boundary-setting will family and friends, as well as shift your relationship with productivity.

Since you have been cultivating sustainable habits for the last 2 months, it’s time to evaluate your identity shift and see that you have made progress since your first session. And in your second one-on-one session, we will discuss your personal goals and how to sustain success.
